My first post, and Breanna's Birthday

I feel somewhat jubilant today in actually starting to blog. But, mostly, I'm missing my sweet, kind, beautiful, dancing daughter, Breanna Joy. Breanna would have been 24 years old today, and she lived so well the meaning of her name----Strong Joy. She loved God, her family, and her friends, and always wished others well. When she laughed that deep belly laugh of hers, you couldn't help but laugh with her, even if the joke she had just told was the corniest thing you'd ever heard! She lit up a stage with her beautiful blonde hair, green eyes, and that amazing smile, and she sang and danced like an angel. She was content with herself, and I used to laugh when she'd say, "I LIKE being short!" Her heart was so open to others. In the third grade she chose to help one of her classmates in need of assistance by becoming his special companion, seeing that he got to various activities throughout the day. The pain of losing Breanna isn't so fresh anymore, it has definitely eased over the years. Yet, missing her never gets easy. Someday my Missing Tears will turn to Tears of Joy, for I'll hold my baby girl again, and then, I like to imagine, we'll dance, sing, and laugh together! I wish I knew how to post pictures of this beautiful amazing soul, but I'm not that far along with blogging technology, and this short post will have to do for now. Happy Birthday, Breanna. I love you, forever. I miss you today, and I always will.
